No Win No Fee

By being prepared to act on a “no win no fee” basis we are showing our confidence in the advice we provide.  We are banking on the advice given to clients regarding the prospects of successfully bringing the case. We are prepared to back ourselves that our advice is correct.  We are prepared to spend our time and money to ensure your claim is successful.

As there are no upfront expenses you are more than welcome to explore the option of pursuing a claim.

If you are unsure if you have a claim or not please feel free to contact us and we will advise you initially free of charge whether or not you may have a claim.

Although we will not be paid in the unlikely event that there is not a successful outcome, the same cannot be said for the cost of the successful party.  The ordinary orders are that the winners pay the loser’s costs on a party/party nature and these are the costs for which you may be liable.

All aspects of costs will be discussed with you in detail by Premier Compensation Lawyers and the Costs Agreements and documents provided as required by law outline that we are prepared to act on your behalf for your personal injury proceedings on a “no win no fee” basis.

Length of Claim

Most cases take from between 8 months to 14 months to finish, but ultimately the length of your claim depends on a number of issues. This could be in relation to the complexity of your matter, liability issues, stabilization of injuries etc. Please contact us for free advice as to the potential length of your matter.

Please note there are time limits on commencing a claim. Please contact us to ensure your rights are protected and dealt within the relevant time periods.

Legal Fees

In most cases involving negligence and some motor vehicle accident cases, the majority of the legal costs are paid by the insurance company upon the successful completion of the claim.

There are no costs for workers compensation matters in NSW.
